Samantha Kelley is a partner at Bruner Wright, P.A. Samantha practices primarily in the areas of bankruptcy and commercial litigation. Samantha has worked for two bankruptcy judges in her career. Prior to joining Bruner Wright, P.A., Samantha served as the Career Law Clerk for Bankruptcy Judge Karen K Specie of the Northern District of Florida. In her time with the court, Samantha gained valuable experience and knowledge that allows her to effectively research, analyze, and litigate a variety of legal issues. Samantha began her career as an associate attorney with the Law Offices of Jason A. Burgess in Jacksonville, Florida. Samantha focused her practice on bankruptcy issues in Chapters 7, 11, and 3. The founding partner, Jason A. Burgess, is now a bankruptcy judge in the Middle District of Florida.

Thomas B. Woodward

Tom Woodward received his BS in Business Pre-Law at Bowling Green State University where he was also commissioned as a lieutenant in the U.S. Army. He went on active duty in 1969 and served a combat tour in Vietnam. He then attended and graduated with a J.D. degree from Cleveland State University-Cleveland Marshall College of Law in 1974 and moved with his family to Tallahassee, Florida. In 1976, he opened his private law practice. Besides his extensive experience in individual and business Chapter 7 Bankruptcy, he also has extensive experience in individual debt reorganization under Chapter 13 and 11 Bankruptcy.
